Again, just start writing and soon your subconscious will take over and you will have the answers you need self confidence. For example, if you wrote down that you don?t have enough education, then the benefit you are receiving right now by not getting an education is that you have more money then you would if you were spending it on school, and/or, you have more time to do the things you want to do because you?re not spending time in school.

Now that you have your lists in front of you, take a short break and then come back and look at the list with fresh eyes Help for depression. Look at all of the reasons you have listed as excuses for procrastinating, and the benefits you are receiving. Do these still make sense? For most people, when it?s all on paper it just doesn?t look right ? the benefits that are being received just do not outweigh the results that could be achieved with a little planning. This is the time to sit down again and make a Plan ? a plan that you will stick to and not put off for any longer.
